The Initial Review
A clear starting point helps us identify questions and discuss the right next step. You do not need every item to get in touch.
Your company name, the project contact, and the city or county where the work is planned.
Available site or pool plans, surveys, landscape concepts, relevant dimensions, and site photos. Identify the current plan revision when available.
List the landscaping, paver or concrete patios, pergolas, fireplaces, or other outdoor features for SeaState to consider. Note work already assigned to other trades.
Share selected finishes, planting preferences, inspiration, and details that still need design or coordination.
Include the pool construction stage, anticipated schedule, access restrictions, drainage considerations, and any known sequencing requirements.
From First Review to Agreed Scope
Review the proposed scope, location, available information, and timing. Identify what is needed for a more detailed conversation.
Discuss site access, elevations, utilities, drainage, adjacent work, permit responsibilities, and whether a site visit is needed.
Agree on responsibilities and the information needed for a proposal. Scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed separately before work is committed.
